New investments in medical equipment at Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Clinic
During the meeting with Dr. Rūta Mačiulyte at the Santaros Clinic, the President of Lithuanian Children’s Hope received a demonstration of the medical equipment that was purchased with the organization’s funds. This equipment is used in complex surgeries performed on children with digestive system disorders. The equipment facilitates the surgeries being performed in a very precise and delicate manner. Rasa Šilkaitienė also had the opportunity to tour the children’s hospital and to present the objectives of the Lithuanian Children’s Hope to the entire hospital board.
